1. Changing the password

  1. Log in to the Config UI using the Operator Login Credentials
  2. Under SYSTEM > Password, click
  3. Fill out the form
  4. At the bottom of the Config UI, click , then click to apply the changes

You should now be able to log in with the new password.

2. Password recovery and PUK settings

The Operator can only recover their password if the manufacturer has provided one of the options above.

If you forget the password, on the login screen, attempt logging in while leaving both the Username and Password empty. The Forgot Password option will appear.
Alternatively, the Forgot Password shows up after one failed login attempt.

2.1. Resetting the password through a PUK code

If your Manufacturer has supplied you with a PUK code, you can reset the password by entering the PUK code after clicking the Forgot Password button.

2.2. Resetting the password through a Master RFID card

If your Manufacturer has supplied you with a Master RFID card, you can reset the password for all roles at once by scanning the Master RFID card after clicking on the Forgot Password button.

3. Resetting the configuration through a Master RFID card

If your Manufacturer has supplied you with a Master RFID card, you can reset the configuration by scanning the Master RFID card for 2 minutes.

4. Deleting private data

  1. Log in to the Config UI using the Operator Login Credentials
  2. Under SYSTEM > System Maintenance click
