Bender UK has appointed a new Sales Director to help drive future growth of the company.
Carl Fletcher is responsible for the management and development of the sales function that covers the main business areas of Healthcare, eMobility, Service Solutions, and Industry.
Bender is one of the world’s leading providers of solutions that make electrical infrastructures smart and safer in applications such as hospitals, mining, renewable energy, and electric vehicles.
Bender UK is a supplier of electrical safety monitoring products, engineered solutions and services that enable operators and end-users to comply with electrical and regulatory standards, protecting critical applications from degradation, failure, and shutdown.
Employing over 100 people across three office locations in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Bender has an expert team that delivers turnkey healthcare projects incorporating Medical IT power and operating room equipment; are specialists in rail signal power monitoring, and is a key supplier to industries including defence, eMobility, energy and utilities, maritime and oil and gas.
Carl’s previous experience includes heading corporate accounts for a national integrated waste management business and leading in-country teams in the Gulf.

My principal aim is to develop the skills and organisation of the sales teams, provide a greater level of focus, and help them achieve the results that will continue the company’s impressive year-on-year growth, which has doubled turnover in the last five years.”
