Clinical Sales Manager

The Clinical Sales Manager is responsible for planning and achieving the sales targets for Bender UKs clinical products in healthcare settings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding of the clinical environment and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with Clients & Stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 

  • Be required to help design business processes including automation based on the Salesforce Platform. 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools. 

  • Proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices. 

  • Perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issues to optimize solutions. Develop and implement interfaces with 3rd party software. 

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business needs including Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and custom objects. 

  • To be familiar with other software used in the business to support integration and process design. 

  • Have experience leading detailed design workshops, playbacks, testing, and training sessions. 

 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Experience of working in Sales in a similar industry 

  • Experience of the healthcare industry would be advantageous 

  • Proven track record of delivering stretched sales targets 

  • Team player attitude essential 

  • Full, clean UK driving license  

 

Job Type: Full-time – remote working 

Locations: North-West 

Pay: Competitive dependent on experience 

 

There is travel involved in this role as you would be expected to attend site meetings as required to represent Bender UK in all stages of the sales process. A company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop and i-Pad will be provided.
