Following significant growth in our business, we are looking to hire a digital marketing professional to join our growing marketing team.
Digital Marketing Executive
This is a varied role, working with business personnel at local and group levels to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing activities and tools to promote Bender capabilities, products, and solutions. You will be a key stakeholder working with others on current and future projects, including the new website, LinkedIn strategy, company extranet, and customer portal.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support the development of digital marketing strategies that align with the organisation's business goals.
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Plan and implement SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and link building.
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and paid advertising in line with marketing and campaign plans.
- Apply CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) principles to optimise landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels for better campaign performance.
- Apply user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to support the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing digital assets.
- Apply A/B testing principles to optimise digital activities for better performance.
- Create comprehensive and clear reports to demonstrate the performance of digital activities and strategies against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Knowledge & Skills
- Relevant Digital Marketing Qualification/evidence of training.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Experience in developing digital marketing activities, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience Required
- Experience with marketing automation software HubSpot desirable.
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, ideally Google trained.
- Knowledge of web publishing.
- Proficiency with SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Hours and Place of Work
Home or hybrid working. Full time 37.5 hours 8 am to 4.30 pm Mon - Thursday, 8:30 – 2 pm Friday. We operate a hybrid working pattern for office-based personnel with two days of office-based work per week at Low Mill Business Park, Ulverston.
