Following significant growth in our business, we are looking to hire a marketing professional to join our growing team.
Experienced Marketing Executive
This is a varied role, working with marketing, sales and business development personnel to deliver marketing campaigns and initiatives that support sales and lead generation in various industry markets for a range of Bender solutions.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Work with the relevant heads of department and senior managers to implement marketing strategies for all stages of the marketing and sales funnel, and customer acquisition.
- Deliver marcomms and tactics via channels digital, print, social media, website(s) events and exhibitions.
- Conduct relevant analysis, competitor, market, and business research to support marketing efforts.
- Produce marketing materials, ensuring compliance with the brand, tone of voice and communications guidelines.
- Attend internal/external meetings, trade fairs and represent Bender/or the marketing department professionally.
Knowledge & Skills
- CIM qualified Level 6 Member of the Chartered institute of Marketing or PR
- Demonstrate a commitment to continual professional development, and proactivity to developing own skills and marketing competence.
- Over 5 years-experience, with previous knowledge of a similar role
- Experience in the delivery marketing campaigns preferably in a B2B business.

Hours and place of work
Home or hybrid working. Full time 37.5 hours 8am to 4.30pm Mon - Thursday, 8:30 – 2pm Friday. For office-based personnel, we operate a hybrid working pattern with at least two days in the office-based working at Low Mill Business Park, Ulverston.
